Tawaaf al-Ziyaarah and Tawaaf al-Quduum

Tawaaf of the Sacred House is Mustahabb for those who are not performing Hajj or Umrah at any time. This applies to the person who is returning to Makkah from travel and to those who are not from the people of Makkah.

The Tawaaf al-Ziyaarah is a Rukn from among the 'arkaan of Hajj for the one who is performing Hajj. His Hajj is not complete without it. It is also named Tawaaof al-'ifaaDah and Tawaaf al-Hajj. 

As for the Tawaaf of al-Quduum, then the majority of scholars say it is a Sunnah. Some have said it is Waajib.
