Order of Ishaa and Witr prayer according to Hanafi fiqh

According to the Hanafis it is not permissible to pray the witr prayer before the Ishaa prayer. This is not because it is not time to pray it but because order must be maintained between Ishaa and Witr (i.e. Ishaa must be prayed first followed by witr).
