Avoid those who follow their desires

Allah wants to accept your repentance, but those who follow [their] passions want you to digress [into] a great deviation.

[Qur'aan 4:27]

There are people who worship their desires. They seek the impermissible pleasures of this world. These people will lead you astray. They will lead you away from the obedience of Allaah. Guard yourself against them. Do not keep company with them if you want to succeed in remaining steadfast on the Diin of Allaah.
